Our hydroponic pots allow for optimal ventilation and drainage for the root system. You can find everything you need for a complete hydroponic cultivation system from VEFI.

Hydroponics is a technique for growing plants using a water-based nutrient solution instead of soil. It may involve using an aggregate substrate or growing media such as vermiculite, coconut coir, or perlite. Hydroponic production systems are utilized by small farmers, hobbyists, and commercial enterprises. Plastic hydroponic channels are used for transporting diluted fertilizers and for accelerated, year-round cultivation of lettuce and herbs. Many companies offer completely automated systems that expand channels as plants grow. For small-scale production, a simpler system based on channels permanently placed in sliding greenhouses can be used.

The most critical part of the whole hydroponic system is a specially developed flowerpot, which determines the success of the entire cultivation process. Several types of pots have been developed, including PR 306 and PR 806, PR 807, PR 908, and PF 808. These pots were designed to achieve optimal root aeration and drainage.

For the first stage of production, the following seed trays can be used: SB 606 1R, SB 806 R, SB 807 R, SB 908, and SB 808. These trays can be disinfected at temperatures up to 70°C and reused multiple times.

For transporting the finished product, such as produced herbs and lettuce, the following transport trays are used: TB 806/6, TB 806/9, TB 806/12, TB 807/9, TB 908/6, TB 808/6, and TB-808/4. These trays are placed in cartons for easy transportation.
